The appeilants had lurther contended that the bank has auctioned the properties in item (i) OIl 06-08-1997 ;lnd 12-10- 1997 and on both the davs. the auction farleC for want oI bidclers. r\gain the auction was held on 06-08-1998, but thar has aiso failed lor want of bidders. The appellar-rts had challenged the auction befc,re the Cooperative Tribunal, i{yderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') by filing CTA No.249 ol 1997 and a joint ntemo was filed by the appellants as u,ell as bank before the Tribunal, and the'lribur-ral vide orders dt.24-O6-1998, had issued certain guidelines to the Sale Officer ra.s to how the auctior-r is to be conducted in respect ol item (i) Or-r 01-03- 1999, rhe appellants/borrou,ers liled I.A.No.l23 ol 1999 before the Tribunal praying to drre ct the sale oflicer to conduct the sale of item (i) b1' purblic auction ars per the

On 07-04-1999, the^{Tribunal directed} the Sale Officer to follow^{certain guidelineswhile} conducting auction^{in respect of item (i). An attempt} was made to sell the^{property by conductinqauction} on 20-08-1999. Again^{the auction was failed for want} of bidders. Finally,^{CTA No.249 of 1997 was dismissed} by the Tribunal o11 19-01-2000^{holding that the} guidelines which r.r,ere issued in^{I.A.No.123 of 1999} dt.07-04-1999 should be^{followed by the bank for the} future auctions a-lso.
