No.18 of 2022 before the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is causing lot of inconvenience to commute from Ramachandrapurarn to Huzurabad on each and every datc of hearing along with her minor child. Ha'ring regard to the averments of the supporting af{idavit, considering the convenience of the petitioner / wife and mlnor child, the scheme of Hindu Marriage Act I find justification in the request of the petitioner.

In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allou,ed, HMOP No.lB ol 2022, pending on the Iile of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad is ordered to be withdrawn ald transferred to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Sanga Reddy for disposal in accordance u'ith law. Learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad shall transmit tl-re entire record, duly indexed in HMOP No.1B of 2022 to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Sanga Reddy within one mor-rth lrom the date of receipt of copy of this order.
