However, her in-laws and husband started ill-treating her with a demand for additional dowry and hence, she tas compelted to leave the matrimonial house and started living with her parents. In the meanwhile respondent has filed FCOP No.21 1 of 2O2L for dissolution of marriage. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that it is causing . lot of diffrculty for her to commute from Khammam to Malkajgiri to attend the proceedings before the Family Court. Accordingly, the petitioner prayed to allow this application.

The parties are Hindus and as per Section 19 (iii)(a) of Hindu Marriage Act, wife is entitled to prosecute the matrimonial disputes before the jurisdictional Courts where shi is living. Therefore, considering the convenience of the petitioner /^{wife, schemeof Hindu Marriage Act, provisions of Section 24 of} CPC and also considering the fact that inspite of granting ample opportunity the respondent / husband failed to lile any counter, I find justifrcation in the request of the petitioner

In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, F.C.O.P. No.211 of 2O2L" pending on the file of the XVI Additional District Judge, Malkajgiri is ordered to be
