Petition under Section 151 cPC praying that in the circumstances stdted in the affidavit fited in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to post the caption of for being mention for deposit of the amounts in os No' 47 of 2002 on the file of the Junior civil Judge, chevella Rangareddy District, Telangana state as per the Judgment in s A No. 104 of 201g dated. 26-09-2022.

This Petition'coming on for hearing upon perusing the appear and affidavit and upon hearing the arguments of sRl M. ADAM, Aivocate for the petitioner. And SRt M. ARAVIND, Advocate for the Respondents.

The Court made the following:

The present petition is filed seeking clarification on account of situation that when the defendants tried to pay the amount as directed by this Court, the plaintiff is not receiving and there is no further direction where the amount has to be deposited, if the plaintiff refuses.

Though notice has been given to the appellant/plaintiff, there is no representation from them.

This court, while disposing of s.A.No.104 of 201& directed the defendants to return an amount of RS.32,0OO/- to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 7.5% from the date of suit till the date of realization and until such^{paymentis made,} the^{suit property} was ordered to be encumbered.

It is stated that the defendants are^ready to^{payback thedirected amount viz.,} Rs.32,000/- with interest, but the^{plaintiffis not acceptingthe same.Therefore,they seek} direction of this Court.

ln the light of the above, the^{defendants aredirected to deposit directed amount} viz., 32,000/- with^{interestat the rute ot 7 .syo per annumfrom the date of suit till the date} of realization, to the^{creditof o.s.No.47o1 2002, on the file of the court of thelearned} Junior CivilJudge,^{Chevalla,RangaReddyDistrict,forthwith'}
