This Writ Petition is filed seeking^{a Writ of Mandamusto} declare the action of the respondents in^{not mutatingand} granting new pattadar pass book-cum-title^{deed tothe} petitioner in respect to agricultural^{land to an extent of Acs.2.00} gts in Survey No.223 of Thimmampet^{Revenue Village,Jaffargad} Mandal, Jangaon District, as^{illegal and arbitrary.}

Heard Mr. Ravi Kumar Vadlakonda,^{learned counsel for} the petitioner and learned^{Assistant Government Pleader for} Revenue for the respondents.

Petitioner is the absolute owner and^{possessor of the} subject agricultural land. Having^{purchased the saidland} under registered sale deed^{No.1094 of 2009 dated15.07'2009,} the petitioner made an application for mutation^{of the said} extent of land in his name and^{issuanceof pattadar pass book,} but the same is not considered^{by the respondents ln viewof} the same, the petitioner claims to^{have madean application on} Dharani Portal vide application bearing^{No. LM2200013016and} also made a representation dated 27.O2.2O22^{and the same was} also acknowledged by the office of the^{secondrespondent on the}

same day. But, according to the counsel for the petitioner, the said online application as well as the representation are pending and the respondents are not taking any action on the said representation.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the respondents will consider the online application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the second respondent to consider the online application bearing No. LM 2200013016 and the representation dated 27 .O2.2O22 submitted by the petitioner for mutation and for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of an extent of Acs.2.OO gts in Survey No.223 of Thimmampet Revenue Village, Jaffargad Mandal, Jangaon District, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, by putting a1l the concerned on notice, within a period of eight (S) weeks lrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
