The lis in this Appeal preferred by the Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Special Deputy Cotlector, L.A. Unit, R.L.l.S.P.-II, Pebbair, Illahabubnagar Districl.^js directed against the order passed by the civil Court in the ieference made under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1394.

2" Brief facts of the case ar(r that different extents of lands owned by the claimants situate{i in Kalwarala Village of Pangal Mandal wcre acquired by the Government for forming embankment including CD & CI.,,{ works of D-23 from KM 4.873 to KM 11.885 from Shankarasarnudram Balancing Reservoir by issuing draft noti{ication und<:r Section a (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short "the Act") on 16.05.20I3 fbllowed by draft declaration. Alter due enquiry, the L.A.O. has passed an award, dated 04.11.11013, hxing the market value of the acquired land at Rs.SS,OOO/- per acre for dry lands, Rs.6O,OO0/ - per acre for Jalut.iri lands, Rs.65,O007'- per acre for irrigated dry Iands and Rs.70,0OO/- per acre for wet lands.

Not satished with the said co,npensation. the claimants have sought for reference under Siection 18 of the Act, seeking enhancement o[ thc compensar ion. The reference Court, by an order, dated 23.11.2015, has fixed the market value of the acquired land at Rs.4,0O,O0Cr/- per acre for dry lands and Rs.4,05,0OO/- per acre for jaitrthari lands, Rs.4,1O,000/- per acre for dry irrigated land anc Rs.4,15,O00/- per acre for wet land. Challenging the said r.,: :ancement, the Land Acquisition Ofhcer has preferred the prescr,r- appeal.

Heard Sri D.Kiran, learn.;d Assistant Government Pleader for the Appeals for the appelk-rnt and learned counsel for the claimants. Perused the matei:iz;l available on record.

As seen from the record, the present acquisition was lor the purpose of ancillary ploject of Sankara Samudram Balancing Reservoir and the iand was acquired in the year 2013. In respect of acquisitic:: of lands in adjacent villages, which were earlier acquired for similar purpose, this Court uide judgment, dated I5.09.2O22 has already elaborately analysed the evidence and considered tile identical issue raised in the appeal in L.A.A.S.No. 1 11 of 2Oi9 and batch. Both the counsel have not disputed the facturrr cf commonality of the evidence
