This Family Court Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant/wife, aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 30.01.2016 passed in F.C.O.P.No.1359 of 2013 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the petition filed by the respondent/husband under Section 13(1)(ia) & (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking dissolution of marriage between the appellant/wife and the respondent/husband, which was solemnised on 05.11.2003.
