Heard Mr.Srikanth Chintala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Mujib Kumar Sadasivuni, iearned counsel for the respondent.

2 Petitioner is the husband and respondent is the wife. Both are residents of United Kingdom (UK)

3 Respondent as the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for restitution of conjugal rights which has been registered as O.P.No.474 of 2O2O and is pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Secunderabad. On the other hand, petitioner has Iiled a petition before the Family Court at Southampton, United Kingdom, seeking a decree oldivorce, being RS20DO9556.

4 with the apprehension that the divorce suit would be decreed earlier thereby rendering her petition lor restitution of conjugal rights infructuous, respondent filed a petition for injunction to restrain the petitioner from proceeding with the divorce suit in united Kingdom which has been registered as FCoP No.775 of 2o2r on the iile of principal Family court, Secunderabad. Thereunder respondent liled a petition under order 39 Rules I and 2 of CPC for ex parte ad-interim injunction to restrain the , petitioner from proceeding with any divorce petition in any foreign Court \ pending disposal of FCOP No.775 of 2O2t and O.p.No.474 of 2020.

iii. Restraint order dated i,6.12.2021 as confirmed on 21.O1.2022 shall continue till disposal of O.p.No.474 of 2O2O within the period specified above.
