date of birth of the petitioner, as per the school records, is "1I.5.2OO2". He further deposed that he issued the said Study and Conduct Certificates on the basis of the entries made in Ex. R- l_Admission Register. He further deposed that there is a correction in Admission Register in the column of year of date of birth and it is made as .2OO2, by overwriting. He also stated that ttrere is no initial at the place of such correction in the Admission Register. Similarly, in the Record Sheet, the date of birth of the petitioner was written with red ink initially, but it has been corrected subsequently by way of overwriting. In the column of month and year of date of birth, there is a clear correction. In the month column, the month "5, is corrected and overwritten as "6" and similarly in the year column "2OOl" is made as "2OO2". Similarly in the column where date of birth is mentioned in words in Telugu, the month "June" is struck off arrd in that place "May" 1S written. Likewise, in the year column also, there is a con'ection. The witness a_lso stated that in the Record Sheet, in column No.Z, the date of birth of the petitioner .
