This Application coming on for hearing, upon^{perusingthe letter received} vide letter dated24lO6l2025 vide Dis No.11B6/I.ASJ,HYD/2025^{addressed by the} lAdditional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad,^{and the order of the Hon'ble HighCourt} dated 11.O7.2022 in CRP .No.6031 of^2022.

The Court made the following: ORDER

This application is flled seeking extension of time for d str osal of C C.No.7 of 2001 and C C.No.3 of 2002 for a further period upto 31 j',,. 2025.

A perusal of the record reveals that a letter vid: Dis.No.131, dated 12.01 .2026 was received by the Registry from the I r,dditional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, which discloses that the learned [) :ssions Judge has sought extension of time for disposal of CC.No.7 ot 2(u '' and CC.No.3 of 2002for a further period upto 30.06 2026.

It is learnt from the said letter that CC.No 7 ot 2OO1 r rhich is pending on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderz.l ad, was registered forthe offences under Sections 406 and 420 otlPC and S: rtion 5 of AppDFE Act,'1999 and as many as 188 witnesses out of 402 werl examined and the matter is posted for arguments. As far as CC.No.3 of^')-)02 is concerned,, after recording evidence of 135 witnesses, the Sessions , )ourl requested to nominate the Special Public Prosecutor for conducting < ld cases on daily basis and orders from the Director of Prosecution are awa ted in this regard. The learned Sessions Judge also submits that C.C.No.7 rt 2OO1 is ready for disposal but since the connecling C.C.No.3 of ZOO2 is pr nding against the main accused and since both the matters have tc be disposed of simultaneously, the learned Judge has sought further e:< 3nsion of time in adjudicating the said matters.

Considering the submissions made by the learned S-.;sions Judge vide his letter daled 12.01 .2026, this Court deems it appropriakr :o extend time for . disposal of the said CC's for a further period upto 3(r 16.2026 and the Prosecuting agency as well as the defence counsel shal extend their full cooperation in disposal of the matters at the earliest.
