This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.l to 5 to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.3304 of 2017 on the file of^I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, r'egistered for the offences under Sections - 417 and 420 read with 34 IPC and Sections^{- 3} and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Duling the penrlency of the^present Crintinal^{Petition, the} parties have comprornised the matter and, accordingly, respondent No.2^- de.facto complainant filed I.A.Nos.l and2 of202l to^{permithim to enter} into compromise, record the terms of compromise thereof and compound the offences by quashing the proceedings against the accused in the said C.C.

Vide order dated 08.12.2021, this Cour1, after^recordingthe submissions made by the learned counsel for the^{petitioners as wellas} respondent No.2, directed the parties !o appear belore the Secretary, Telangana High Court l,egal Services Comrnittee, Hyderabad,^{for their} identiflcation and dilected the Secretary to subnrit a report^by 30.12.2021 . In compliance of the said order, the^{parties have appeared} before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services^Committee, anci the Secletaly has identified the parties with their respective^Aadhar Cards and accordingly submitted a report dated²⁷ .12.2021^{to that effect.}

The^joir t memo filed by the parties and the affidavits thereol would reveal that espondent No.2 - de facto complainant iras filed a complaint against rhe petitioners with lnthezar Gunj Polir:e Station. Warangal Urban, r^,ho in tum registered the same as Crintc No.71 ol 2017 for the aforesr id offences and after completion of investigation, the Investigating Offic, r flled the charge sheet and the same was nurnbeled as C.C. No.3304 of 2017, and while so, now the complainant has entered into compromise w th the accused and accordingly approachec this Courr for recording the co npromise rvith the petitioners - accused Nc,s.l to 5
