This Criminai Petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 5 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.252 of 2020^{of KohedaPolice} Station, Siddipet District, registered^{for the offencesunderSection- 323} and 506 read with 34 ofIPC and Section^- 3^{(1) (r) (s)} ofthe^Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes^{(Preventionof Atrocities) Act, 201 5.}

During the pendency of the^present Criminal^{Petition, the} parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly, respondent^Nos.2 ancl 3 - cle .facto cornplainant and victirn filed^{I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2021to} perrnit thern to enter into compromise, record the terms of^compromise thereof and compound the offences by^{quashingthe proceedingsagainst} accused Nos.1 to 5 in the said crime.

Vide order dated 16.12.2021, this Court,^{after recording the} submissions made by the learned counsel for the^{petitioneras well as} respondent Nos.2 and 3, directed the^pafties to^{appear beforethe} Secretary, Telangana High Coufi Legal Services^{Committee,Hyderabad,} for their identification and directed the Secretary^{to submita report by} 27 .12.2021 . In compliance of the said^{order, the parties have appeared} before the Secretary, I'elangana High Courl^{LegalServices Committee,} and the Secretary has identihed the^{parties with theirrespective Aadhar} Cards and accordingly submitted a report^{dated 2l .12.?021 to that effect.}
