Seeking to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.32 of 2022 of Korutla Police Station, Karimnagar District, the present Crimina-l Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. However, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid and, hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, however, granting liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh Criminal Petition, in case the cause survives. 4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
