This is a petition filed by the accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking the Court to quash the notice in Dis.No.874lILM.M/Rly/SC/20la dated 24.10.2074, which was issued by the Court of the II Metropolitan Magistrate (For Railways), Secunderabad. 2. The notice under cha.llenge was issued basing on the requisition Iiled by the Station House Officer, RPS, Hyderabad, to conduct polygraph test on the suspects. The petitioners herein are arraved in the notice as suspect No,l, suspect No.5, suspect No.6 and suspect No.7.

On this day, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the case was referred as 'suicidal death' and therefore, the investigating agency is not intending to subject the petitioners to any polygraph test as indicated in the said notice.
