JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 (2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Cr.P.C”) seeking to set aside the Judgment of conviction dated 21.10.2008 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge at Mahabubnagar, in S.C.No.30 of 2007.
both the appellants were died and he also filed copies of the death certificates of both the appellants.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
