The learned rx Additionar District and sessions Judge, FAC: X Addilionar District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B- Na{lar, vide letter Dis No. 265 of 2o23 dated 18.08.2023, submitted that while dismissin,g the cMA No. 421 of 2021 on 24.03.2022, directed to dispose of o.S. No. 3s2 ot 2014 pending on its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy cf the order, however, the same could not be disposed of within the time specified and requested to extend time for further period of three months.
Having regard to the reasons stated by the rearned x-l\dditional District and Session s Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar in its retter dated 1g.0g.2023, time for disposal of oS No. 3s2 ot 2014, pending on its file, is extended for a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
