This contempt case is filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 15.02.202 1 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3O95 of 2021.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.8 and 9 of the counter affidavit deposed by Sri S.Ravinder who is presently working as Tahsildar, Nawabpet Mandal, Vikarabad District, the Court is satisfied that the orders are complied.

Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
