Learned counselfor the petitionerhas stated that in spite of the abovesaid interim order passed by this Court'the officials havedemolishedthe propertyof the petitioner' In this connection,the learned counsel has drawnthe attentionofthis Court tothe photographsfiled along with the present ContemptCase,therefore, prayed to punish the respondent for deliberateand intentional violation of the order of this Court'
In the counterfiled by the sole respondent' it is stated that the Municipalityhas undertaken a drive for removingthe encroachmentsand after duly serving the encroachers' approximately26 persons, the officialshave takennecessary action andduring the course of removing the illegal

encroachments, the petitioner's house, whichis on the corner
olthe starting point of the road, rnay l.ravegot demolished,but, there was no intention or deliberate violation of theorder of this Court, therefbre,prayed to close thepresent Contempt Case.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that except a portion of the property of thepetitionergetting damaged, which has already beenprepared by thepetitioner, no other dernolition work has been undertaken by the respondent as ofnow.
