Petition under Articre 226 of the constitution of rndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be preased to declare
a) that the posts in DIET B.Ed Colleges viz., Principal, Senior Lecturer & Lecturer were / are riabre to be fiiled by persons beronging to and hording the posts in the feeder categories in respective local cadres.
b) That the persons (Z p.teachers) who were / are not beronging to and hording the posts in the feeder categories in respective rocar cadres are not entifle to be considered, selected and promoted to the posts of principars, senior Lecturers and Lecturers in DIET /Lecturers in IASE / STE /SCERT.
c) declare that no promotions can be effected without first issuing provisional seniority list of person in feeder category, receiving objectrons and finalizing the seniority list.
d) Attempt to consider and promote persons who are or who were originally Z.P. employees is illegal and arbitrary being in violation of A.P.P.E. (Old & RDR) order 1975 and Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of lndia.
