Petition under Anicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned orders passed by the 4th respondent in Proc No. B/707120'18 , daled 24.04.2019 in rejecting the grant of pattadar passbooks to the petitioners herein in Sy No. 576 to an extent of Ac.2.09 gts situated at Molangur Village, Shankarapatnam ltrlandalam, Karimangar District in favour of the petitioners as well as Sth respondent is contrary to the proceedings of the 4th respondent Tashildar in Proc No. 8170712018, dated 01.08.2018 including request of the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent to mutate the petitioners and 5th respondent name in the revenue records is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural lustice and also violative of the Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-A of Constitution of lndia including the Orders passed in WP No. 464612019, dated'14.03.2019 and also Judgment and Decree passed in AS No. 13/2013 dated 7.3.2018 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to issue the pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioners as well as sth respondent in respect of Ac.2.09 gts in Sy No. 576, in the interest of justice
