Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more. parlicularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAI\IUS declaring as illegal and arbitrary, the notification dated 1210212021 bearing number 710/UG/Y.W.5/2021 issued by the Respondent No. 1 Osmania University, as the fee structure thereof for backlog exams is highly exorbitant and : u nconstitutional violating Article 14 and Article 21 of the Constitution of lndia and being contrary to the UGC norms, smacking non application of mind, making^simple education beyond the reach of the Telangana downtrodden^{students, and it is further} consequentially^prayed that this Honourable Court^{maybe pleased to set aside the} said Notification duly restoring the old^{fee structurefor backlog exams existing prior} to the existence of the said notification.
