When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioners had contended that the petitioners herein have filed O.S.No.228 of 2017 before the Agent to Govemment, Bhadradri Kothagudem and the present Civil Revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court below i.e., Agent to Govemment, Bhadradri Kothagudem to dispose of the said suit within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of three months, as the said suit is pending for the last four weeks.
Counsel for the respondents had contended that let appropriate orders be passed directing the court below to adjudicate the aforesaid suit within a reasonable period of time.
l'his Court, having considered the rival submissions made by leamed counsel for respective parties, is of the considered view that this civil Revision Petition can be disposed of directing the Agent to Government, Bhadradri Kothagudem, to pass final orders in O.S.No.228 of 2017 within a reasonable period of time, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
