Petition under Arlicle 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more in the nature of Writ of l,4andamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent rn seeking to collect Common Services Fees from the 2nd Petitioner in relation to its students pursuing B.Tech. and M.Tech. courses for the academic years 2011-12 to 2013-14, vide LT.No.JNTUH/DE-ACE(Ay CSFl062l2014 dated 21 .10.2014 the further action of the 2nd Respondent in not excluding Private Autonomous Colleges like the 2nd Petitioner frompaying Rs.1,5001 per annum per student to the 1st Respondent towards the aforesaid Common Services Fees as fixed under various G.Os. issued by the'1st Respondent, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, violative of the principles of natural .justice, and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India, and for issuance of consequential directions to the 1st Respondent not to collect Common Services Fees from the 2nd Petitioner for the future academic years and forthwith refund all the amounts collected towards the said Common Services Fees after thegrant of Autonomy status by the 1 st Respondent 08-08-2011.
