Heard leamed counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, leanted Standing Counsel appearing for 4th respondent. With the consent of all counsel, the Writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not receiving the application and releasing the power supply to the residential house of the house bearing No.1-6-780(old) l-6-78011 admeasuring about 216.0 sq. yards, situated at Patan Basthi, Zamistanpur, Musheerabad, Hyderabad -44.
Learned counsel for petitioner stated that the respondent authorities are not even receiving the application made by the petitioner for releasing the power supply to the subject premises belonging to the petitioner.
