Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 - JNTU had contended that the petitioners are challenging the proceedings dated 18.07.2016 issued by the respondents to the extent of not granting afliliation to petitioner No.2 for all the courses for the entire intake capacity sanctioned bv AICTE for the academic year 2016-17,
In view of the said submission, this Court is of the considered vieu, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
