Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the responclents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have kept the Joint Application dated^'13.07.202'I for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property, admeasuring Acs.3.30 guntas, in Survey No.244 of Yadgarpally East Village, Keesara Manclal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

A perusal of the recortl discloses that pursuant to the judgment dated 08.07.2021, passetl by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.281 of 2021, the psliiiolsl and three others have fited the Joint^{Application before} the^Tahsik.lar, Keesara Manda[, on L3.07.2021,, for incorporating their names in Dharani Portal and issuance of Pattadar Passbooks in their names in respect of the subject property.

In view of the above, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 - the Tahsildar-cum-Joint Sub Registrar to consider the Joint Application dated 13.07.2021 ancl pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, cluly putting all the interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of

eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. rA copy of the order that may be passed by respondent No.4 shall be

communicated to the Farties.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
