In this Writ Petition, grievance of petitioner is with respect to his application not being processed by respondent Nos.4 and 5 for erection of cell tower.

Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayats appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5, on instructions, submits that as a matter of fact, the application of the petitioner is being processed and after conducting enquiry into the objections raised by the third parties, necessary orders would be passed within a period of ten (10) days from today, without fail.

In the light of the abo.r,e, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to pass orders on the application of the petitioner and communicate the same to him, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of ten (10) days from today. No costs.
