Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of IVANDAMUS by declaring the entire action of the respondents, particularly the entire action of the 4th respondent in not taking decision on claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment vide Endorsement Cr.No.g63/20.17lCpE 83. Dt. 1510212018 of the 3rd Respondent, is as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper, colorable exercise of power, total, without any valid reason and contrary to various judicial pronouncements in the sub.iect matter including scheme notified by the Govt. for the children of the deceased who die in harness, if necessary set-a-side the impugned proceedings passed by the Respondent 1 vide Lr No. A2l3540/2016, Dt 2810712016 and Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct to appoint petitioner on compassionate grounds. B) And consequen y to direct the respondents to forthwith consider the genuine claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in a suitable post in the place of his late father Sri. U. Ramulu who died while in service on 06/07/2015 without reference to the order of Respondent 1 vide A213540/2016, Dt. 28t07t2016.
