Petition under Article 226 o'f the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate, writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the notification No.501/FSS-1/2020, dated 0610112020 issued by the 3rd respondent in negation of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere, harass, the smoothful, lawful business activities carried out by the petitioner, in trading and sale of tobacco products like Pan Masala, Flavoured Pan Masala, Zarda, Khaini, and all other tobacco prod ucts/tobacco items permissible under the provisions of COTpA 2003, in the name and style of Sn General stores at 12-1-4861A1127/3/A, New Kishan Nagar, Jhirra, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana and in the products that fall within the said notification by the Petitioner, its personnel and the persons/entities to whom it supplies/sells those products
