Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of Indja praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS by declaring the inaction of the 2nd and 3rd respondent in considering petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2021 and 05.O7.2021 in regarding to removal of petitioners agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.00 Gts situated at Sy.No.271lt V.Venkataihpalem Village, Ragunathapalem Mandal, Khammam District from prohibited list in Dharani web Portal and not issuing the pattedar pass book and title deed by rectifying the entries into the names of petitioner and his brothers as there is no access to upload the grievance through portal as per circular No 1 is bad, illegal and arbitrary.

He:ard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Governrrent Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Aggrieved by the inaction ol respondent Nos.2 and 3 in considering the representations made by the petitioner on 05.05.2Cr2 1 and 05.O7 .2021 for removing the subject land belonging to the petitioner from the list of prohibited properties, the pres,:nt writ pecition is filed.

Learned Goverriment Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner rnakes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the samo will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with 1aw.

Having regard to the above made submission, without^going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an on-1ine application through Dharani Portal seeking rernoval of his land from the list of prohibit(:d properties, within a period of two weeks frorrr the date of receipt c,f a copy oi this order. On such application^beingmade, the authorities concerned shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as^possible, preferabty, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly putting a1l ttre interested parties on notice.
