Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more padicularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in placing the petitioner under suspension vide order dated 2010612020 and continuing him under suspension till date without following the Section 79 of the Telangana Education Act, 1982 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable, contrary to Law and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the Suspension order dated 2010612020 issued by the 4th respondent placing the petitioner under suspension, duly re-instating the Petitioner into service with all consequential benefits such as subsistence allowance, salaries, increments etc.
