Roof, Station Road, station Ghanpur Virage and Mandar' Jangaon District, Terangana stateas iregar, arbitrary, unjust, unfair, irrationa l, unreasona ble, unlaMul, u nconstitutional, perverse, mockery, violative of Articres 14,19,21 and 300-4 of the constitution of rndia and arso against to the Principres of Naturar Justice and against to the provisions of the Right to fair compensation in Land Acquisition in Rehabiritation and Resetrement Act, 20.13 and against to the catena of Judgements of this Honorabre court and an Apex court, and consequen'y direct the respondents to pay the rawfur compensation by forowing due procedure of raw, which is present market varue to the petitioners in acquisation of the rand of the petitioner respectivery i.e., H.No.2- g0/.1 0n 31to3t2o21to an extent of 25 11 Sq'Mts and 200 sqfts of printh Area of R.C.c. Roof, Station Road, station Ghanpur Village and Mandal, Jangaon District, Telangana State.
