Learned counsel for the^{petitioner submitsthat the petitionerhas} filed an undertaking dated^{03.02.2021stating that sinoepetroleum} products, which are inflammable, are in the subject^{premises, it seeks two} weeks tirne to sell away those^products and to redeliver^{the possession of} subject prclperty to the respondenlBank, with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that after a period of two weeks, the petitioner should redeliver the possession of subject property to the Bank.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the undertaking dated 03.02.2021 given by petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Bank to permit the petitioner to sell away the petroleum products in the subject premises rnrithin a period of two weeks and thereafter, the petitioner should
