Sri S. Ram Mohan, learned^{AGP forl-{ome, on} instructions, would submit that^{the wife ol the petitioner} submitted zt complaint with 4tt'^{respondenton 26-03-202I} against the^petitioner herein.^{Sinceit is a matrimonialdispute} the Police are calling the^petitioner for^{the purpose of} counseling. Except counseling, the^{Police never harassed the} petitioner herein and never made him to sit in^{the Police} Station as alleged in the writ aflidavit.

Sri Dadi Radha Krishna, learned counsel for^the petitioner rt:ferring to the complaint dated 26-03-202^{1 would} submit that the 4 ' respondent is pressurizing the^petitioner herein tor settling the dispute with his u'ile^including distribution of property etc. With the said^{insistence,the 4th} responde nt is harassing the petitioner herein by^{nraking him} to sit hours together in the Police Station.

Considering the said submissions, this Writ Petition^is disposed of, directing the 4tt respondent not to harass the or petitioner herein under the guise of counseling investigation on the complaint lodged by the r,r,ife of the petitioner herein. No costs.
