This Crin inal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedr re, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceeding s against her in Crime No.24 of 2019 of Rajendranagar Fclice Station, Cyberabad, registered for the oFFences punishable unde Sections 498A and 306 of i.P,C.

4, As seen from the material placed on record, the petition erla ccu st d is the mother-in-law of the deceased-Shravani. The allegation a lainst the petitioner/accused is that she harassed the deceased^p rysically and mentally and unable to bear the harassment, tht deceased committed suicide. When there is requisite informi:ion constituting the offences alleged for $,hich the subject F.I.R. wa; registered, this Court cannot scuttle^{investigation} at this stage by irvoking the inherent^{jurisdictionunderSectlon 482} Cr.P.C.
