Mirrs corony porice station, warangar commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 of I.P.C.
3' Learned counser for the petitioners/Al and 42 wourd submit that the respondent No.2/wife of the deceased was not present in the house at the time of alleged incident, The averments in the subject report, dated 04.12.2020, do not constitute the offence under Section 306 read with 34 of I.p.C. The petitioners/A1 and A2 are innocent persons and ultimately, prayed to allow the Criminal Petition, as prayed for.
