These two Criminal Petitions are filed by the petitioners/ Accused Nos. 1 to 4 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3742 of 2079 on the file of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal relating to Cr.No.66 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 498-4 and 406 of 1PC and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

During the pendency of the present Criminal Petitions, the parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly, respondent No.2-de J'acto complainant filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2021 in Cr1.P.No.9355 of 2021 and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2027 in Crl.P.No.663 of 2O2O to permit her to compound the offences and to compromise the case in C.C.No.3742 of 2O2l against the petitioners.

Vide order dated 13.12.202 1, this Court, after recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent No.2, directed the parties to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court^Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 2Q.12.2021^for their identification and also directed the Secretary to^submit

reports by 2O.12.20T,. In^{compliancewith the said order} dated 13. 12.2O2L, the Secretary^{has submittedhis report} dated 18.12.2027.

In the reports of the Secretary,^{Telanganal{igh Court} Legai Services Cornmittee, Hyderabad,^{itis statedthat in} obedience of the orders dated^{13.12.2021,the petitioners and} the 2"d respondent have appeared^{before him along with their} counsel and on examination^{and verification oftheir} particulars from their Aadhar^{Cards, they were tallied. Thus} the identification of both^{the parties has been established.}

The parties herein have^{filed jointmemos of} compromise. The said^{joint memos of compromiseand the} reports of the Secretary are^{placed on record.}

The Joint memos would^{reveal that during pendency of} the said case at the^{instanceof the elders, they havesettled} the disputes between them^{amicablyand the 2"d respondent} has no objection to quash the^{proceedingsagainstthe} petitioners herein/A. 1 to A.4 in C.C.No.3742^{of 2027.}
