Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking^quashing of entire^proceedings, learned counsel for^{the petitioners restrictshis} prayer seeking to dispense with the presence of^{petitioners/A2} to A5 before the trial Court on every date of adjournment.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that sinr;e the identity of petitioners/A2 to A5 is not in dispute, their^{presence in the above} case may not be necessary on every date of adjournmr:nt.
