This Criminal Petition,^{under Section 482 of the Code of} Criminal Procedure,^{1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'),is filed by the} petitioner/Al seeking to^{quashthe proceedlngs against him in} FIR.No.898 of 2O2l of^{RajendranagarPoliceStation,Cyberabad,} registered for the offences^{punishable underSections 49BA and} 506 read with 34^{of I.P.C' and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry} Prohibition Act, 1961.
