This Criminal Petition, under^{Section 482 of the Code of} Criminal Procedure, 1973^{(for short,'Cr.P.C"),is filed by the} petitioners/A1 & AlB seeking to^quash the^{order dated} 20.05.2021^passed in Crl.MP.No.247^{of 2021 in S.C.No.122of} 2016 by the learned I Additional^{MetropolitanSessionsJudge,} Hyderabad and also to modify the^{docket order dated} 09.04.2021^{passedin S.C.No.122of 2016.}

Heard both sides and^{perused the record'}

It is submitted by the^{learned counselfor the petitioners/} A1 & A1B that^{petitioner/AlB was admitted in A'P. Vaidya} Vidhana Parishad, Sangareddy on^{23.12.2012and he was} discharged on 26.12.20L2.

Both the counsel on record^{conceded that admission} register d1.23.12.20L2 and^{other related record in relationto} discharge of the^{patientson 26.12.2012of A.P. Vaidya Vidhana} Parishad, Sangareddy,^{may be summoned,subject to their} availability.

In view of these^{clrcumstances, summoning of above} records is necessary to^{substantiate the contentions made by} both sides and to arrive^{at a just conclusion in the subject} sessions case.

Accordin 3ly, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the impugned ord )r dated 20.05.2021^passed in Crl.MP.No.247 of 2027 in S.C No.122 of 2016 by the learned I Additional Metropolitan : essions Judge, Hyderabad, is set aside and the docket order r ated 09.04.2021^passed in S.C.No,122 of 2016 is modified and r rdered as follows:

i) The Courl below is directed to issue summons to the RMO/Offlc r-in-charge of A. P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Sangaredc y, to produce in-patient admission register/outpatient ad nission register dt,23.L2.20L2 and also discharge register o any other relevant record showing discharge of the patierts on 26.L2.2072, and examine the summoned witness in accordance with law, to Find out the veracity of the statement made by the petitioner/A1B that he was hosoitalized during such period.

ii) It is ma( e clear that the RMO/Officer-in-charge of A, P. Vaidya Vic hana Parishad, Sangareddy, is required to produce the aforerrentioned records, provided they are available.

iii) In the absence of such record, he/she may depose the same before the trial Court.

iv) It is need,3ss to state that since the subject Sessions Case is ofthe yeer 2016, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same, exi editiously.

Miscelleneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall rtand closed.
