This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Viplav Simha Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Sole Respondent.

This Criminal^{Petition, under Section 438 of the Codeof} Criminal Procedure,^{7g7g(Cr'P C ), is filed bythe} petitioner/ accused,^{for grant of anticipatorybail in OrimeNo'213} of 2O2l of P.S.^{Mancherial Town, Ramagundam, registered for the} olfences punishable^{underSections 417, 42O,493a;rd 376 of the} Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel^{for the petitionerT accused,the} learned Assistant Public^{Prosecutor representingthr: respondent-} State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the^{petitioner/accused rvould submit} that the petitioner is innocent of the offences and^{he is no way} concerned with the alleged offence. The^{petitioner,'accused is a} law-abiding citizen and is prepared to abide by any condition which this Court may deem fit to impose in cas: of^granting anticipatory bail. Hence, he prayed to grant antici.tatory bail to the petitioner/ accused.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/ accused.

of the offence, I am not inclined to release the pefitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Criminal petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, if the petitioner/ accused surrenders before the competent Court within a period of three weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the said Court, in accordance with law.

Miscelianeous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
