Out of these two Criminal Petitions, one is filed by the petitoners/A, I to A.3 and the other is by the petitoner/A.4 in C.C.No.113 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Siddipet, to quash the proceeding in the said Calendar Case, relating to Cr.No. 173 of 2Ol7 of Siddipet I Town Police Station, registered for the offence under Section 498-A of IPC.

During the pendency of the present Criminal petitions, the parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly, respondent No.2-de facto complainant filed I.A.Nos.1 and 2 ol 2O2l to Crl.P.No.443 of 2Ol9 and I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O2l in Crl.P.No.63B3 .of 2021 to permit her to compound the offence and to compromise the case in C.C.No.113 of 2018 against the petitioners.

Vide order dated 14.72.2021, this Court, after recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent No.2, directed the parties to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad (for short, the Secretary, THCLSC', on or before 22.12.2021 for thelr identification and
