that the petitioner/A.1 started sending rowdies to their property, threatening frequently and demanding money. There are also allegations against the petitioner/A.1 that he threatened the respondent No.2/de Facfo complainant stating that he woutd kidnap her daughters, if she won,t register the sale deeds in tune with his directions. The main contention of the learned counsel for petitioners/A.1 and A.2 is that the dispute between the parties to the litigation is purely civil in nature and therefore, the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in the subject crime are liable to be quashed. It is pertinent to state that when there are serious allegations of forgery, Fabrication of sare deeds, creation of False authorization letters and registering the disputed documents in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Shadnagar, Ranga Reddy District and also in view of other allegations mentioned hereinabove i.e, in the F.l.R, it cannot be said that continuation of proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in the subject crime for the offences under Sections 406,420,468, 506 and 471 IPC, would amount to abuse of process of law. The allegailons made in the subject report dated 12.07.2018 needs thorough investigation. Pendency of civrl suits, seeking cancellation of sale deeds would not debar the respondent No.2/de Facfo complainant from proceeding on criminal side.
