The Criminal I'etition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A-1 secking to grant anticipatory bail in the event <if his arrest in connection rvith Crime No.227 of 2019 of Cyber Crime P.S., CCS DD, Hyderabad, originally registered for the offences punishable under Section 67 of IT Act, 2008 and Sections 506 and 509 of IPC, and later Sections 41') and 420 ofIPC are added.

As seen fronL the contents of the FIR and the whattsapp messages, there is ncthing on record to show that the petitioner has insulted the de fttcta complainant or tried to cheat her'. Moreover', this is a case of the year 2019, rvhich was registered as Crime No.227 of 2019 on 30.03.2019. The prosecution has not shown any ground that the petitioner is trying to flee away from^justice.

Looking into the nature of allegations ievelled against the petitioner and having regard to the other facts and circumstances of the case, without deJving into the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner ls granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:

(1) The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime P.S., CCS DD, Hyderabad, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of this order and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release him on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties each to the like sum, to the satisfaction of the aforesaid Station House Officer.

(2) The petitioner shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section a38(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
