Petition under section 482 of cr.P.c praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to extend further four weeks time ro the petitioner herein to surrender before the court concerned and seek Bail before the concerned court in connection with the said crime i.e., 231 of 2019 of p.s. This application is filed seeking to extend time granted by this Court in the order dated 15.04.2021 in Crl.P.No.2666 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has not surrendered before the court below in compliance of the order due to present situation Covid-19.
Considering the said fact, the time granted in the said order is extended by four weeks from today.
Accordingly, l.A. is ordered.
