ri. Take the affidavrt of no receipts or payments of haltyearly accounts for the periods from (2) 01.04.2018 to 30.09.2018; (3) 01.'10.2018 to 31.03.2019; (4) 01 .04.2019 to 30.09.2020; and (5) 01 10.2019 to 31 .03.2020 on record; and

iii. Order that the cost of this application and any miscellaneous expenses do come out of the funds of the company or Estate and Establishment Fund if funds are not available in company.

This company Apprication is fired by the Assistant officiar Liquidator under sectron 462 of the companies Act, 1956 read with Rure 306 of the company (court) Rures, 1g5g to take on record the harf-yearry accounts along with the auditors' repons of M/s. KBS & Associates, chartered Accountants of the company in liquidation.

Perused the Auditors' Reports with the assistance of Sri J.Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. Also perused the affidavit of officiar Lrquidator showing "no receipts or payments,, during the period from 01 .04.2018 to 30.09.2018; 01.10.2018 to 3.1 .03.2019; 01.04.2019 to 30.09.2020; and 0.1.10.2019 to 31.03 2O2O (both days inclusive). The prayer is accepted. The half_yearly accounts and the auditors' reports are taken on file.
