Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 herein to receive and register the Sale Deed presented by the Petitioner in respect of Plot No.U-105/Part (Northern Portion), admeasuring 100 Sq. Yards, in Sy No.329/4 and 329/5, of lVlahadevapuram Residential Project, Phase-lll, situated at Gajularaaram Village, Quthubullapur, [Vledchal lVlalkajgiri District, pending disposal of WP No. 470 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.18249 of 2019 by its order dated 23-08-2019. But learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that in subsequent writ petitions only interim order was passed.

For the reasons alike in order passed by this Court in WP.No.18249 of 2019, dated 23-08-2019, there shall be interim direction to the 3'd respondent to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of^plot No.U1O5/Part (Northern Portion) admeasuring 100 square^yards in Sy.Nos 32914 and 329i5 of Mahadevapuram Residential Project, PhaseJll situated at Gajularamaram village, Quthubullapur, Medchal Malkajgiri District. ln the event the said document is found to be fit for registration, the registering authority shall complete the due formalities in accordance with law and release the document However, if^he still finds any ground to exercise^power under Section 76 of the Act of^{1908 and} refuse registration, he shall^pass a reasoned order and communicate^the same^to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously^{and in any event,} not later than one month from the date of receipt a copy of this order,^{be it from} whatever source. lt is also made clear that mere registration of this document would not confer title upon the^property covered thereby, if it is^otherwise
