The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening him to vacate and handover vacant possession of the leased premises, bearing No.3-6-83, situated beside SBH, Karimnagar Road, Jagtial Town, to respondents 5 to 7, pending a civil suit in O.S.No.340 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jagtial, filed by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural
justice.
