Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the high-handed and illegal action of the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.3 in not registering FIR against the Respondent Nos.4 to 6 pursuant to the Complaints, Dated 22.06.2020 and 25.06.2020 lodged by the Petitioner as it being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to register the FIR against the Respondent Nos.4 to 6^pursuant to the Complaints, Dated 22.06.2020 and 25.06.2020.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for resporrdents 1to3.

This writ petition is filed alleging that though crime was reported on 22.06.2020 and 25,06.2O2O, the same is not registered and the said action of the respondent - police would amount to arbitrary exercise of power and authority.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader informs that on 2O.O7.2O2O, Crime No. 146 of 2O2O was registered on the complaint of the petitioner under Sections 447, 29O,506 rlw 34 I.P.C., in III Town Police Station in Karimnagar.

In view of the said submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies on the issues involved in the crime. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
