It has been contended by the iearned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner and respondent herein have filed suit and counter suit against each other for recovery of money. The trial Court, by way of commonjudgment, dismissed the suit filed by the petitioner herein and decreed the suit filed by the respondent. Aggrieved of the dismissal of the suit filed by the petitioner, she has filed C.C.C.A.No.96 of 2014 before this High Court as the value of the appeal is more than Rs.5.00 Lakhs. The same has been admitted and is pending before this Court. Further, aggrieved of the common judgment of the trial Court insofar as decreeing the suit filed by the respondent herein, the petitioner herein has filed another appeal in A.S.No.206 of 2014 before the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as the value of appeal is less than Rs.5.00 lakhs and the same is pending. Therefore, as both the matters arise out of the commonjudgment of trial Court, to avoid contradictory findings, it is prayed that A.S.No.206 of 2014 be transferred to this High Court, so that it can be tried along with C.C.C.A.No.96 of 2014.
